Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, while quite large, were showing some wear and tear. On the bright side, my room had a very modern and clean design with a big TV and a very comfortable king bed. The service was a bit of a letdown, with a generally aloof attitude from the staff, although the check-in staff were great and always accommodating. The location is excellent for anything related to Penn, Drexel, or the Penn Medical Campus, being right in University City near great dining options. One downside is the lack of information on nearby offsite locations like the Veterinary School. The dining experience was pleasant without any issues, and the fried locally caught fish was some of the best I've had in a hotel setting.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering great views. However, there was an issue with something missing in the room upon arrival. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to provide excellent service. The location was perfect, close to downtown yet quiet and safe, with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a wide selection but some cold and tasteless items. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, surrounded by fantastic restaurants and within walking distance of many attractions. The dining experience was superb, especially the breakfast.
